摘要
营区用电是军队基建营房系统资源管理的重要组成部分,也是能源消耗大户,实现对既有建筑的电气系统节能改造,是实施营区建筑节能减排工作的核心内容。本文针对部队营区建筑电气系统引用节能诊断的OTI法,可通过诊断分析提出建筑的节能潜力及可行的节能措施。
The supply of electricity is the bulk of the resource management of the Army bar- racks infrastructure system, and the energy consumption of large existing buildings for ener- gy saving is the important task of facing the camp building energy efficiency work. As to en- ergy-saving diagnosis of OTI method from the existing building electrical system, we put forward the building energy-saving potential and feasibility of energy conservation measures through the diagnostic analysis.
