摘要
用汞塞动态法制备了十二烷基苯磺酸二正丁铵石英毛细管柱(固定液浓度为8.2%,柱尺寸为35 m×0.32 mmi.d.),所用的溶剂是丙酮,并对柱性能进行了考察,结果表明,这种色谱固定相具有较强的极性并对芳香烃、烷烃、羧酸、醇等有机溶质有较好的分离能力.
Fused silica capillary column (8.2%, 35m×0.32mmi, d. ) di - n - butylammonium as stationary phase were synthesized by the method of and the solvent was acetone. The results showed that the column has good gas arating alkanes, aromatic hydrocarbons, carboxylic acid and alcohols , etc.. uling dodecylbenzenesulphonate of dynamic coating with mercury plug chromatographic properties in separating alkanes, aromatic hydrocarbons, carboxylic acid and alcohols , etc..
