摘要 英语教师专业发展的问题越来越受到国内语言专家和学者的关注。该文结合高职院校英语教师专业发展的研究现状,采用问卷调查和教师访谈等方式实地调查杭州两所民办高职院校英语教师专业发展的状况,分析影响民办高职院校英语教师专业发展的内外因素,在此基础上提出从校本研究、教学研究、反思性教学、自主发展等有助于民办高职院校英语教师专业发展的有效途径和措施,以期对民办高职院校英语教师的专业发展有所帮助。 The professional development of English teachers is becoming more and more concerned for domestic language specialist and scholars since 1980s'. Research Scope includes action research, classroom discourse analysis and teachers professional studies. By far, there is rarely study aims at English teachers professional development in private higher vocational colleges. Integrating the research status, author investigated the situation of the professional development of English teachers in two private higher vocational colleges in Hangzhou, and analyzed the problems which hinder the development. Based on the analysis of the factors, the author puts forward the corresponding suggestions and measures ,to hope the study can be the help for the development of English teachers in private higher vocational colleges.
