摘要
智能完井技术具有优化油井生产、降低作业风险以及提高最终采收率等优势。井下流量控制设备是智能完井技术的核心,其中流入控制装置(ICD)、流入控制阀(ICV)已被成功应用并取得良好效果。介绍了智能完井流量控制技术的发展及应用,表明其具有独特的功效及巨大的发展潜力。对ICV、ICD的结构及特性进行研究,分析其工作原理以及流经设备后压降与流量的关系;通过对比2类装置的共性及不同,分析了其各自适用的领域。
The intelligent well completion systems have the advantage of optimizing well produc tion,reducing operational risk and increasing the ultimate recovery. The downhole inflow control equipments are the key technology of intelligent well systems, where the inflow control device (ICD) and inflow control valve (ICV) has been applied successfully and effectively. The paper de- scribes the development and application of downhole inflow control technology with its unique functions and development potentiality. Analysis about the structure and characteristics of ICD and ICV is also done, which illustrates their principle and relationship of the pressure drop and flow rate. Finally it illustrates their respective application field by comparing the generality and difference.
