摘要
阳离子季铵盐表面活性剂是一类重要的纸张柔软剂,为了获得更好的柔软效果,制备了一种新型的基于十八烷基的Gemini型季铵盐表面活性剂。制备过程中以十八烷基二甲胺和环氧氯丙烷为反应原料,反应产物使用傅立叶变换红外光谱和1H核磁共振谱确定结构。最后,研究了这种新型材料对纸张的柔软作用,并获得了最佳的使用量。
Cationic quaternary ammonium salt surfactants were a series of important paper softening agents. In or- der to obtain a better effect of softening, a novel Gemini type quaternary ammonium salt surfactant based on octade- cyl group had been prepared. In the process of the preparation, N, N-dimethyl octadecylamine and epichlorohydrin were used as reaction raw materials, and the structure of reaction product was determined by FT-IR and ^1 H-NMR. Finally, the effect of the novel material on paper softening had been studied, and the best usage would be obtained.
