摘要
某台40t桥式起重机已经使用30多年,不久前在其传动侧主梁的两端副腹板上发现有明显裂纹。为了评估该起重机的使用性能,对其进行了几何测试、应力测试和有限元强度计算,结合企业现状和该起重机的实际工况,提出该机在合理补强之后可以正常服役2年的结论。
A 40t-crane is mainly responsible for steel-coil-handling in the Pickling workshop and has been using for more than 30 years by now.Recently,obvious cracks were found at both ends of the outside web of the driving-side main girder.Geometry deformation and stress testing as well as strength calculation with FEA were carried out in order to evaluate its performance.Considering the current situation of the workshop and the actual working condition of the crane,the conclusion that the crane could continue to serve for two years with proper reinforcement was drawn.
