单钢轮振动压路机振幅均匀性的仿真优化

摘要 为了解决单钢轮振动压路机存在的振幅不均匀性问题,建立分析了钢轮悬空振动数学模型,得出钢轮振幅分布均匀性的影响因素和振幅分布均匀条件表达式。在ADAMS中建立了钢轮振动系统的实体模型并按照振幅分布均匀条件表达式对其进行了优化,使得钢轮高幅工况的振幅分布标准偏差由7.9%降为0.9%,振幅分布均匀性明显改善,验证了钢轮振幅分布均匀条件表达式的正确性。 In order to solve the problem of non-uniform amplitude in single drum vibratory rollers,the model of suspended drum vibration is analyzed.It concludes that the influences of the amplitude distribution and the formula of the uniform amplitude conditions.The entity model of the vibration system is built in ADAMS.It is optimized according to the formula of the uniform amplitude conditions,which makes the amplitude distribution standard deviation decrease from 7.9% to 0.9% when being high amplitude.The uniformity of the amplitude improves obviously,which proved the validity of the formula of the uniform amplitude conditions.
