摘要
目的:研究三七通舒胶囊联合腺苷钴胺穴位注射治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:选择80例2型糖尿病伴有周围神经病变的患者,随机分成3组。在常规应用口服降糖药或胰岛素治疗的基础上,治疗组予以三七通舒胶囊1次1粒,3次/d;腺苷钴胺1 mg双侧足三里穴位注射,每侧0.5 mg,1次/d。对照1组予以腺苷钴胺1 mg双侧足三里穴位注射,每侧0.5 mg,1次/d。对照2组应用腺苷钴胺1mg肌注,1次/d。疗程均为4 w。结果:治疗组总有效率为94.1%,对照1组总有效率为68.0%,对照2组总有效率为42.9%,治疗组总有效率较对照1组和对照2组均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗组及对照1组治疗前后腓总神经传导速度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);3组患者治疗后,治疗组腓总神经传导速度提高优于对照1组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组腓总神经传导速度提高明显优于对照2组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:三七通舒胶囊联合腺苷钴胺穴位注射治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变效果显著,可显著改善患者的临床症状及神经传导速度。
Objective:To observe on the effect the combination of San-qi-tong-shu capsule and cobamamide point injection on the treatment diabetes peripheral neuropathy.Methods:A total of 80 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients were randomly divided into three groups.The basis of the three groups included therapy oral hypoglycemic or insulin,group 1(The treatment group) were treated with San-qi-tong-shu capsule and cobamamide point injection,group 2(The control group1) were treated with cobamamide point injection,group 3(The control group 2) were treated with cobamamide muscle injection,with a treatment course of four weeks for three groups.Results:Comparison of efficacy of the three groups showed the total effective rate: 94.1 % in group 1,68.0 % in group 2,42.9 % in group 3,and the efficacy of group 1 was better than other 2 groups(P0.05 or P0.01);After treatment,comparison of the conduction velocity of common peroneal nerve in group 1 and group 2(P0.01);at the end of the study,the improvement of the nerve conduction velocity of group 1 was better than other 2 groups(P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusion:The treatment of the combination of San-qi-tong-shu Capsule and Cobamamide point injection for diabetes peripheral neuropathy can improve peripheral nerve metabolism.The improvement of the nerve conduction velocity and clinical results were satisfactory.
