最小二乘法在磁芯损耗参数拟合中的应用

摘要 磁性元件的损耗在开关电源中占相当大的比例,因此磁芯损耗的计算在开关电源中相当重要,而温度、频率是影响磁芯损耗计算的两大重要因素。本文首先介绍了磁芯损耗的计算方法,指出了温度、频率与磁芯损耗之间的关系,实现最小二乘法及MATLAB对不同频率及温度下磁芯损耗曲线进行参数拟合,并利用该方法对一组横店东磁生产的磁芯材料进行拟合,得到一实用型数据表。 The loss of the magnetic components account for a large proportion of the switching power supply,so the core loss calculation is very important in switching power supply,temperature and frequency are two important factors affecting the calculation of core losses.This paper firstly introduced the core loss calculation method,pointed out that the relationship among temperature,frequency and core losses.The parameters of core loss curves under different frequencies and temperatures were fitted by the least squares method and MATLAB,and DMEGC production of a group of core material was fitted with the method for getting practical data table.
