摘要
患者1，男，37岁，入院前2h，排队时突然出现意识丧失，数秒后意识恢复，不伴抽搐、大小便失禁。近半个月感胸闷、气短，活动后症状加重，自觉活动耐力下降。既往无心脑血管病病史。有吸烟史15年。
Syncope may be an atypical symptom of pulmonary_embolism. In our two cases,PE was proved to he the cause of syncope. Recognizing the risk factors associated with a DVT and PE is essential for diagnosis and treatment.
