响应曲面法优化微波萃取化橘红多糖 被引量:12

Optimization of the Microwave Extraction Condition of Exocarpium Citri Grandis Polysaccharide Using Response Surface Analysis

摘要 目的:研究微波萃取技术在化橘红多糖提取中的应用。方法:选取工艺参数液料比、微波功率、微波温度、微波时间4个因素,分析其对多糖得率的影响,按试验设计做上述工艺参数的优化试验,采用Design-Expert软件对试验数据进行二次响应面分析。结果:优化的微波萃取化橘红多糖的最佳工艺条件:液料比70,微波功率546.56W,微波温度100℃,微波时间22.32min,在该条件下化橘红多糖得率24.64%。结论:微波萃取技术适用于化橘红多糖的提取,拟合的统计模型可信度高。本研究结果对微波萃取多糖技术的研究具有较好的借鉴意义。 Objective: This study aim to investigate the microwave extraction technology in the application of exocarpium cirri grandisthis polysaccharide extraction. Methods: Analyze the influence of process paramaters liquid to solid ratio,microwave power, microwave temperature, microwave time on the yield of exocarpium cirri grandis polysaccharide. Based on the response surface analysis with the Design-Expert software program, the extraction condition of the microwave for exocarpium citri grandis polysaccharides was optimized. Results: The Optimal microwave extraction conditions were: liquid to solid ratio was 70, microwave power was 546.56 W, microwave temperature was 100 ℃, microwave time was 22.32 rain. Under these conditions, the exocarpium citri grandisthis polysaccharides yield can reach 24.64%. Conclusion: Microwave extraction technology is suitable in the extraction of exocarpium citri grandisthis polysaccharides. The statistical model is highly reliable. The results of this study have great significance on the research of microwave extrac- tion polysaccharides technology.
