摘要
以黄豆、花生和黑芝麻为试验材料,经0~15kGy剂量辐照处理后,研究ESR波谱特征及信号强度变化,并探讨信号强度与辐照剂量之间的关系。研究结果表明:3种样品辐照前、后的ESR波谱图形有明显的差异,辐照剂量与信号强度有良好的线性关系。ESR信号强度还与样品的种类有关。本研究为建立ESR检测辐照农产品提供方法。
The experimental samples, soybean, peanut, black sesame, which were subjected to 0-15 kGy dose irradiation exhibit ESR singlet of characteristics and signal intensity difference. The relationship between signal intensity and irradiation was also investigated. The results showed that the ESR(electron sin resonance) spectrums of irradiated samples inhibited obvious variation compared to those un-irradiated. The dose-response curves of the samples exposed to gamma radiation were found to be described well by linear function. Besides, the ESR signal intensity was related to the species of samples. This paper provided a method for the detection of irradiated food by ESR.
