摘要
为测定茶叶中微量铜含量,合成了水溶性显色剂二乙醇二硫代氨基甲酸钾(HHDDTC),研究了二乙醇二硫代氨基甲酸钾与铜在水相中进行显色反应的最佳条件.结果表明:铜质量浓度在0μg.mL-1~3.40μg.mL-1内服从比尔定律,回归方程为A=0.191 5C+0.003 9(C:μg.mL-1,R=0.999 8,n=18),其表观摩尔吸光系数ε=1.24×104L.(mol.cm)-1;常见干扰离子用掩蔽剂掩蔽后,可直接用于茶叶中微量铜的测定.
The paper makes diethanoldithiocarbaminate potassium salt (HHDDTC) at first, and then studies the best condition of HHDDTC response to the copper in the water, which will adopt in the measure of the copper in the tea later. The linear regression equation which obeys Beer's law in the range of 0-3.40 μg · mL-1 is A = 0.1915C +0.0039 (C : μg .mL-1, R=0.9998, n = 18) with the molar absorption coefficient ε = 1.24× 10^4 L.mol-1 cm-1. The method can be used in the determination of trace copper in tea directly after the common ion was disabled by masking reagent,
