摘要
运动损伤对自由式滑雪空中技巧项目的影响不容忽视,研究运动损伤产生的原因和发病机制,以及如何采取相应对策是摆在我们面前的重要课题。通过对国内高水平自由式滑雪运动员进行运动损伤的调查,分析了解导致运动损伤的主要原因、发病机制,发现损伤呈多发性,损伤部位多集中于膝、腰、肩和头等部。为预防常见运动性损伤,应该加强运动员对运动损伤的防范意识,提高专项训练的科学性,对身体的力量薄弱部位进行专门性训练,增加小肌群的训练手段,选择保护设施和器材保护容易受伤的部位等,力求提高和改进今后的训练效果,提高运动成绩,巩固优势地位,保持运动项目的可持续发展。
The influence of sports injury on freestyle skiing aerials event cant be ignored. It's an important task to analyze the causation and nosogenesis of sports injury and how to take corresponding precaution. By investigating Chinese high -level freestylers'sports injury, the paper analyzes the main causation, nosogene- sis and precaution. It indicates that the injuries are multiple and often happen on knee, waist, shoulder and head. In order to prevent the common sports injuries, it should be to enhance the aerialists'consciousness a- gainst it, improve the scientificity of specialized training, specially train the body weaknesses of physical strength, enrich the small muscles training means, choose protective measures and facilities for vulnerable parts. Its purpose tries to improve the training effect, develop the aerialists'performance, consolidate dominant status and have a sustainable development of this aerial skiing event.
