摘要
在以知识经济为重要特征的全球经济环境当中,后发企业技术能力的提升日益依赖于企业的组织学习能力的持续改进,组织学习过程可以促进后发企业技术知识的获取、转化与开发效率的提高。文章分析了组织学习过程对后发企业技术能力的影响,并从实证上检验探索性、转化性与开发性三个组织学习过程对后发企业技术能力影响的程度,同时分析了三个组织学习过程的互补性。实证结果表明,探索性学习过程对后发企业的技术能力没有产生显著的影响,转化性学习过程、开发性学习对后发企业的技术能力具有显著的正向影响,组织学习过程对后发企业技术能力影响的互补性得到了支持。
In the global economic environment in which knowledge economy plays an important role,the technological capability upgrading of latecomer firms depends increasingly on its ability of their continuous improvement of organizational learning processes.The organizational learning processes can facilitate the capability of latecomer firms on knowledge acquisition,transformation and exploitation.This paper verified the extent to which the three learning processes have produced impacts on the technological capability of latecomer firms in China.It also analyzed the complementarities of the processes.The results showed that exploratory learning process does not have significant effects on technological capabilities of latecomer firms,whereas transformative and exploitative learning processes do have significant positive effect on technological capabilities of latecomer firms.The organizational learning process does have its support in its complementing the technological capability of latecomer firms.
