低转化性肾性骨病的诊断研究进展 被引量:14

摘要 肾性骨病,又称为肾性骨营养不良,即慢性肾病—矿物质和骨代谢紊乱,其发生率在维持性血液透析患者几乎达100%。目前,临床上主要根据血清全段甲状旁腺激素(iPTH)浓度将肾性骨病分为3种:高转化型肾性骨病、低转化型肾性骨病和混合型肾性骨病,
