摘要
以月季(Rosa chinensis)茎段为实验材料,研究不同浓度的ABT、IBA对其扦插生根的影响以及6-BA、NAA、GA3对组织培养的影响,探讨适宜月季快速繁殖的条件。结果显示,MS培养基中添加50 mg/L的ABT或100 mg/L的IBA时,月季茎段生根率较高,生长健壮。MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.3 mg/L NAA是不定芽诱导的最适培养基;MS+1.0 mg/L GA3是不定芽生长的最适培养基。
Using the stem of Rosa chinensis as experimental material,the effects of ABT and IBA concentration on its rooting,and 6-BA,NAA,GA3 concentration on the tissue culture were studied.The results showed that when 50 mg/L ABT or 100 mg/L IBA was added into MS,the rooting of stem cutting was relatively high,and the roots grew well.MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.3 mg/L NAA was the optimal medium for adventitious bud induction;MS+1.0mg/L GA3 was the optimal medium for adventitious bud growth.
