影响水泥窑余热发电量的因素

摘要 对已投运水泥窑余热电站发电量的统计表明,煤质和生料配料比均影响发电量的大小。按照煤燃烧相关理论,在生产条件不变或相同的前提下,生产系统的余热资源和所用煤种没有关系。通过深入分析,发现煤质和生料配比影响的是生产线的热耗,而热耗才是影响余热发电出力的关键因素。热耗与吨熟料发电量正相关,热耗增加会导致余热电站发电量上升。 The statistics of generating capacity of major waste heat power generation stations in cement plant showed that the quality of coal and raw material proportion were the important factors. According to the theory of coal burning, on premise of same production condition, the amount of waste heat had nothing to do with the quality of coal. And further analysis showed that on which coal qulity and raw material proportion influenced was the heat consumption of the whole production line, and that's the key factor of power generating capacity. Heat consumption and power generating capactiy per ton clinker have positive correlation which means increasing of heat consumption can results in rise of power generating capacity.
