摘要
简要介绍了某综合楼的工程概况、场地地质条件和整体基础方案。在此基础上,就该基础工程出现的抗拔钻孔灌注桩桩基偏位情况进行了原因分析,并重点介绍了采用局部加大基础梁的断面和配筋及局部加大底板厚度的加固处理方案。竣工后沉降值实测数据表明,该综合楼的最大累计沉降量为1.2mm,最大差异沉降量为1.8mm,且均在规范允许的范围内并完全满足了使用要求。
The general situation, geological conditions and base case of an integration building were introduced in brief. And the deviation of anti-pulling-out post-injecting paste bored pile of the project was analysed, and the reinforced scheme of a larger base beam diameter and a thicker bottom was focused on. The sedimentation value was tested after the project had been completed and the data showed the largest accumulated subsidence value was 1.2 mm and the largest relative subsidence value was 1.8 ram, which was in the designing tolerance and satisfied the use requirements.
