摘要
钻孔灌注桩的混凝土浇灌因水下施工过程的不可见性和可控性差,容易出现质量缺陷。结合某工程钻孔灌注桩成桩出现的空腔水囊及水泥砂浆块夹层等严重质量缺陷实例,探讨了缺陷形成的原因,并对缺陷处理提出合理的解决方案。
The concrete casting procedure of bored piles construction is prone to defects due to the invisibility and poor controllability of underwater construction. During the casting of bored piles in a project, serious deflects such as water capsule and cement coagulation were identified. Combined with this project, this paper discussed the reasons for the occurrence of the defects and proposed reasonable solution to solve the problem.
