摘要
[目的]探讨新时期住院患者对护士行为的期望,为调整护理人员的护理行为、制订护理质量评价标准及患者满意度调查表提供科学依据。[方法]研究者自行设计开放性问卷,对351名住院患者进行了调查,从研究对象的答案中找出所期望的各种护士行为的术语进行编码,输入计算机,用SPSS软件进行频数和百分率的计算。运用内容分析的方法对编码的术语进行归类。[结果]住院患者期望的护理行为十分广泛,可归纳为5个主题:整体感觉好;关怀、尊重、归属期望;精神情感方面期望;提供个性化服务期望;知情权及获取疾病知识期望。[结论]在新形式下,住院患者对护理人员的行为期望是多元的,此调查结果在规范护理人员的行为、制定护理质量标准及患者满意度调查表时可做为参照依据。
[Objective] To explore the inpatients’ anticipation to nurses’ behaviour in the new period, adjust nurses' action, and draw up nursing quality evaluation standard and patients’ satisfaction questionnaire for scientific base. [Method] Make open questionnaire to 351 inpatients for investigation, make code to all nurses behaviour anticipated by the study objects, put into computer, make calculation on frequency and percentage with SPSS.[Result] The inpatients’ anticipation to nurses is very wide, which can be classified into 5 themes: good whole feeling, care, respect, affiliation and anticipation, mental and sensation, offer individualized service, right to know and get knowledge of disease. [Conclusion]In new situation, inpatients’ anticipation to nurses is multiple, the investigation can be taken as reference base to standardizing nurses’ behaviour, drawing up quality standard and patients satisfaction questionnaire result.
