摘要
志愿者的招募、培训、考评与激励是目前图书馆开展志愿者服务工作的主要运作机制,但是这种机制过分强调了图书馆对志愿者的管理,而忽视了志愿者自身作用的发挥。文章依据自组织理论,从志愿者自组织与图书馆管理相结合的角度,创造一种新的图书馆志愿者服务机制。
It is the main operation mechanism of the volunteer service for libraries to recruit, train, evaluate and encourage volunteers at present, but this mechanism over- emphasizes the management of the library and ig- nores the roles that volunteers themselves are playing. Based on the self - organization theory, the author of this ar- ticle advances a brand - new mechanism of the volunteer service for libraries by combing the self - organization theory with the practice of library management.
