摘要
教师的道德与教师的专业发展有着密切的关系,教师的道德本质上是在教师专业发展下自我实践而成的产物。教师的道德要成为其个人的实践理性,是需要借助于教师的专业发展,虽然在一定程度上教师道德是独立存在的,但是它更多的是对教师专业发展的依存性。本文就教师专业发展以及教师道德方面做出浅谈,阐述教师专业发展是其实现教师道德自我塑造的现实途径。
The moral of teachers and teachers’ professional development is closely related to the moral essence of the teachers,on the practice of self-made product of teacher professional development.The moral of teachers to become a their personal practical reason,need the help of the professional development of teachers,although to a certain extent on the teachers ’moral independent existence,but it is more of a dependency on teachers’ professional development.Talking on the professional development of teachers as well as teachers and moral make on teacher professional development teachers moral self-fashioning realistic way.
