经济型酒店有自身独特的优势,但产品单一、同质化严重、管理模式不成熟等问题阻碍了酒店的发展,来自行业内部的竞争及成本控制的压力对其造成了巨大威胁。经济型酒店应通过明确市场定位、创新产品组合、加强网络营销建设及实施连锁和特许经营等措施,从而促进其健康、快速和稳步发展。
The economic hotel has its distinctive strengths,but also has problems such as products with single pattern and immature management mode obstructing the development of the hotel.The professional competition and the pressure of the cost control have threatened its existence.In order to develop soundly,quickly and stably,the economic hotel should improve its appropriate market orientation,and innovate various products combination,and strengthen marketing network construction,and implement chain-store and franchise operation.
