摘要
喘振作为高炉鼓风机的一种不稳定工况是一种透平机械所固有特性,是鼓风机安全运行的重大隐患,同时也是高炉正常生产的事故隐患。本论文将探索用模糊PID控制算法来控制高炉鼓风机的运行,以TMS320F2812DSP为硬件平台,通过调节防喘振阀,对鼓风机的风压、风量进行实时监测,当发生喘振时,通过调控防喘振阀开闭,使高炉鼓风机工作在安全区域。
The surge is an unstable condition of blast furnace blowers and which are inherent characteristics of turbomachinery, is fan running major risk, as well as accident of blast furnace production. This paper will explore using fuzzy PID control algorithm for control of blast furnace blower running, using TMS320F2812DSP as the hardware platform, by adjusting the surge-proof valve, real time monitoring of blower wind pressure, air volume, when when there is a surge, by anti-surging Regulation valve opening and closing, making blast furnace blower safely region.
