摘要 设计了一个基于单片机的轿车车内一氧化碳浓度测控功能的系统。该系统以16位高性能单片机SPCE061A为控制核心,采用高精度敏感元件MQ-7,集成运算放大器INA128进行信号调理,并引入了实时操作系统μC/OS-II进行任务管理。实验表明:系统实现了轿车空调运行时一氧化碳气体的实时监控,CO浓度不超过300 ppm,同时具有温度测量功能,便于进行空调操作,参数测量准确,为保证轿车内人员安全提供了可靠方案。 A carbon monoxide density detection and alarm system for the car was designed based on high performance micro- computer chip. This system used the 16 bits microprocessor SPCE061A as the controller, the high precision sensitive element MQ-7 to sense carbon monoxide, the integrated operational amplifier INA128 for signal conditioning, and introduced the real time operating system p^C/OS-II for task management, so to realize carbon monoxide gas real-time monitoring when the ear air conditioning running, assure the carbon monoxide density not more than 300ppm. Meanwhile, it has the temperature measurement function so as to be convenient for the air conditioning operation. This system provides a reliable scheme to ensure the personnel security inside the car.
