摘要
利用温室苗期鉴定和大田成株期鉴定2种方法,对我国各谷子产区254份谷子主要生产品种的抗锈性进行了鉴定,并对2种方法的鉴定结果进行了比较。结果表明:2种方法的鉴定结果一致性较好,均可用于谷子品种抗锈性鉴定;并结合2种鉴定方法的优点,提出了以温室苗期鉴定进行初筛、对中抗以上品种进行大田成株期复鉴的快速可靠的谷锈病鉴定方法。通过对2种方法鉴定结果的综合评价,共筛选到中抗以上品种74份,其中高抗品种30份,分别占鉴定品种总数的29.13%和11.81%。同时通过对抗性品种在各产区区域分布分析,结合近几年各地谷锈病的发生情况,为各地谷子抗病品种的推广和布局提供了指导。
In the article 254 millet varieties were identified by two kinds of methods of seedling stage identification in greenhouse and adult stage identification in field, and the identification results of two methods were compared. The results showed that the identification results of two methods had a good consistency, and two kinds of methods could be used for resistance identification to millet rust, and on the basis, a new rapid and reliable identification method was proposed, which was using the seedling stage identification in greenhouse to finish the resistance preliminary identification of millet varieties, then re-identifying the types of resistant and moderately resistant by the methods of adult stage identification in field. By comprehensively evaluating the results of two kinds of identification methods, there were 74 varieties of resistant and moderately resistant millet types which make up 29. 13%, among the 74 varieties, 30 of them were resistant types which make up 11.81%. And through the analysis on regional distribution of resistant variety, combining with the rust occurrence in recent years, guidance was provided for the promotion and layout of millet resistant varieties.
