摘要
随着机械在煤矿开采上的大量应用和采煤工作面的不断扩大,对带式输送机的要求也越来越高。为提高顺槽工作面可伸缩带式输送机卷带的工作效率,文章首先介绍了可伸缩带式输送机中目前常用的两种卷带装置的工作原理、结构特征和使用情况。针对现有卷带装置效率低、安全性差等问题,对卷带装置进行改进和研究有很重要的意义。提出的气动卷带装置,有更大优越性,适用的范围更加广泛,有很强的经济和社会效益。
With the large number of applications of mechanical on the coal mining and Continuously expanding of Coal face, the requirements to belt conveyor is increasing. In order to improve the working face of telescopic belt conveyor belt coiling efficiency, this article first introduces the telescopic belt conveyor in two commonly used tape device's working principle, structure features and usage. In view of some problems of tape device such as low efficiency, poor security , the tape device is improved and the research has important significance. This paper presents the pneumatic belt winding device, have greater advantages, applicable range more widely, with strong economic and social benefits.
