摘要
我国法学本科课程教学,一直沿袭成文法国家传统的讲授法教学模式,然而这种教学方法的特点并不符合培养"知识、能力、素质"兼备的应用型人才的教育理念。因此,课程教学中,教师应根据课程教学目的、教学内容等因素,改革教学方法,以实现应用型人才培养的教学目的,培养学生综合运用法学专业知识能力。
We have followed the traditional lecture - style teaching model in law undergraduate teaching, but this way of teaching does not meet the requirement the training ＂knowledge, ability and quality＂ in both the applica- tion -oriented talents educational philosophy. So In teaching, teachers should reform the teaching methods, according to the teaching objectives, teaching content and other factors, in order to achieve application - oriented training and training students in the integrated use of legal professional knowledge and ability.
