摘要
建立了双臂立式钢卷吊具虚拟样机模型,解决了吊具约束与驱动力的施加等关键技术。通过替换不同的曲杆,减小了吊具的自重并获得了符合要求的夹紧力,从而为优化双臂立式钢卷吊具提供了新途径。
A virtual prototype of double-arm vertical steel reel tong is constructed. The key techniques are presented, including applications of constraints and driving forces. The weight of double-arm vertical tong is reduced. Appropriate clamping force is obtained with different curved rods. This provides an effective way to optimize double-arm vertical steel reel tong.
