摘要
在油气田的开发中,井流物往往含有水和CO2、H2S等腐蚀介质,会导致井下油管发生严重腐蚀而失效。在气井正常生产期间,对设备的腐蚀或破坏进行监测,可以使生产设备更加安全有效地运行。本文针对气井井下腐蚀常用监测技术进行综述,介绍了相应监测技术的原理、优缺点、现场应用现状及适用场合,提出了对监测方式的选择以及对腐蚀监测数据应用的建议。
The nature gas flow out of gas wells often contains water, CO2 and H2S, which could contribute to the corrosion and lead to the failure of gas wells. The common techniques for monitoring the downhole corrosion of gas wells are summarized. The monitoring principle, advantages and disadvantages, present status of field use and application situations are introduced. The selection of monitoring means and the application of corrosion data are suggested.
