68例有机磷中毒致周围神经损害的电生理分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察有机磷中毒患者的肌电图(EMG)、神经传导速度(NCV)改变。方法:对68例有机磷中毒患者进行常规EMG及神经传导检测。结果:纤颤电位出现率为32%,正向波出现率为37%;轻收缩时运动单位电位平均时限延长者占57%,波幅增高者占36%,多相波增多者占32%;重收缩时呈单纯相者占41%,混合相者占48%。感觉传导速度(SCV)异常者占24%,运动传导速度(MCV)异常者占60%,远端潜伏期延长者占37%。结论:EMG检查对有机磷农药中毒后迟发性神经病有重要诊断意义。有机磷农药中毒患者应及时进行EMG检查,以助于迟发性神经病的早期诊断及治疗。 Objective:To observe the changes of EMG and never conduction in patients with organ- phosphota induced neuropathy(OIN). Methods: EMG examination was performed and nerve conduction was deterined in patients with OIN. Results.. The positive rate of fibrillation potential was 30 % and that of positive potential prolonged (57 % ) during light contraction, the amplitude increased by36 % and the mul- tiphasic potential increased by32%. The simple phase was 41% and the mixed phase was 48% in heave contraction. NCV determination showed the decrease of SCV (24% ) and MCV ( 60 % ), and prolongationg of the distal latency. Conclusion:Electromyographic examination has important significance in the diagno- sis of organophosphate induced delayed neuropathy. Patients with OIN should be timely examined by elec- tromyography, which contribute to early diagnosis and treatment of organophosphate induced delayed neu- ropathy.
