摘要
知识经济将促进学习型社会的形成，使得学习型社会中的成人高等教育成为教育的主流。高师成人教育的改革与发展，应树立全新的教育观念，更新传统的教学思想，改革课程结构和教学内容，采用先进的教学手段，转变管理人员的服务观念。要抓住发展机遇，深化改革，迎接知识经济的挑战，促进高师成人教育的新发展。
The knowledge economy will help form a knowledge - learning sociely in which college education for adults has become the main part of education. The reform and development of adult education in normal colleges should be closely related to the establishment of new education ideas, renewal of the traditional teaching, reform of the structure and content of textbooks, adoption of advanced means of teaching and improvement of the staff service to the education. We must seize the chance of development, deepen the reform, challenge the knowledge economy so as to develop the adult education in normal colleges to a new stage.
