摘要 某厂房主车间采用桩基,辅助车间采用天然地基,产生不均匀沉降,采用大长径比锚杆静压桩对辅助车间基础进行托换加固,沉降得以控制,取得了满意的工程效果。 Pile foundation was adopted in the main workshop of certain factory building, while natural foundation was in the secondary workshop, which led to nonuniform settlement. The nonuniform settlement is controlled after strengthening and underpinning the foundation of the secondary workshop by use of anchor rod static pressure piles with large length-diameter ratio. As a result, a satisfactory engineering effect is achieved.
