复合酸化剂对家禽饮水中细菌的抗菌活性试验 被引量:7

摘要 以试管二倍稀释法测定自制复合酸化剂对临床分离的2株多重耐药菌的MIC,采用菌落计数法测定酸化剂对饮水中细菌的杀菌活性。结果显示,酸化剂CAⅠ对大肠杆菌和沙门菌的MIC都为0.078%,CAⅡ对2株菌的MIC都为0.156%。CAⅠ和CAⅡ在使饮水pH值降到4.0的添加量下培养8h可完全杀灭细菌,而在使pH值降到5.5的添加量下培养24h时还有细菌存活,在pH值为5.0时,只有CAⅠ在培养24h时可完全杀灭病原菌。表明,CAⅠ对饮水中病原菌有很好的抗菌活性,可用于家禽饮水的消毒。
