摘要
农作物秸秆的收储运已成为我国秸秆规模化工业利用的瓶颈问题。为此,针对玉米秸秆收储运的发展现状以及我国农业生产的具体国情,对当前东北地区玉米秸秆的收储运技术模式进行了调查分析。根据实际调查数据,计算了各种技术模式下的经济成本、能量消耗、劳动力消耗和污染物排放,并进行了比较分析。结论:通过农机与农艺相结合,籽实收获机具与秸秆收储运装备相衔接,提高秸秆收储运机械化程度是秸秆规模化工业利用的必然选择。
The collection and delivery of crop straw have been becoming a bottle-neck problem of straw enlarged scale industry utilization in our country. In allusion to the present development situation and concrete national condition, the collection and delivery technology mode referring to the Northeast area corn straw were carried on the analysis. According to the calculation of actual survey data, it is obtained that economic costs, energy and labor consumption, and pollutant emissions in the variety of technology mode, we can summed up, with the combination of farm machinery and agronomy, the seed harvests machines and the crop straw collection and delivery equipment lock into each other, can enhance the crop straw collection and delivery mechanization degree. It is an inevitable choice of straw enlarged scale industry utilization.
