摘要
目的:测试一指禅推法的运动过程,量化分析一指禅推法"沉肩"、"垂肘"、"悬腕"的技术要领。方法:纳入具有不同推拿技术水平的测试者,分为专家组、熟练组和初学组,在测试者手背上选取8个标记点,用Motion三维运动解析系统分析运动数据。结果:三组测试者"沉肩"的运动学数据变异系数差异不明显(P=0.825),肩关节稳定状态时上臂与躯干的夹角稳定在60°~70°范围内;专家组和初学组测试者"垂肘"的运动学数据有显著性差异(P=0.026);三组测试者的屈腕角度数值差异不显著(P>0.05),基本维持在50°~60°。结论:手法运动学数据变异系数可客观评价一指禅推法"沉肩"要求;"垂肘"要求肘关节标记点低于腕关节标记点3~4 cm;"悬腕"时腕关节应该自然屈曲呈50°~60°角。
Objective: To test the operation process of pushing manipulation with thumb in order to analyze quantitatively the technology essentials of "Chenjian,Chuizhou and Xuanwan".Methods:A total of 15 subjects with 3 different Tuina technique level were included and divided into expert group,skilled group and novice group,and the 3D motion analysis system was used to collect kinematic data from 8 body markers.Results: There was no significant difference among three groups in the coefficient variation of "Chenjian" kinematic data(P=0.825),and the angle between trunk and arm was about 60~70°.There was an obvious difference between expert group and novice group in "Chuizhou" kinematic data(P=0.026).The flexion angle of wrist in three groups was around 50~60°,and there was no significant difference among three groups(P0.05).Conclusion: The coefficient variation of manipulation kinematic data can be considered as an evaluation standard of "Chenjian".According to the technical requirement of "Chuizhou",the marker of humeroradial joint is 3~4 cm below the marker of processus styloideus radii.The flexion angle of wrist should maintain about 50~60° when the motion of "Xuanwan" is operated.
