摘要
目的分析超甜蜜本南瓜籽挥发性成分。方法采用顶空固相微萃取和气质联用技术(HS-SPME/GC-MS)结合保留指数法,并用峰面积归一化法测定相对百分含量。结果从超甜蜜本南瓜籽中鉴定出35个化合物,占总峰面积的96.34%。结论棕榈酸乙酯含量最高,占总成分的24.52%,其次为[R,R]-2,3-丁二醇(14.30%)、亚油酸乙酯(11.67%)。
Objective To study the volatile constituents in seed of Cucurbita moschata Duch.(chaotianmiben).Methods The volatiles were analyzed by head-space solid micro-extraction,coupled with GC-MS and Kovats indices for the first time.A quantitative analysis in percent was performed by peak area normalization measurements.Results 35 compounds were identified in Chaotian,accounting for 96.34% of the total volatiles.Conclusion Hexadecanoic acid ethyl ester(24.52%) content was the highest,and followed by -2,3-butanediol(14.30%)、Linoleic acid ethyl ester(11.67%).The study can provide scientific basis for the further development of the seeds of C.moschata.
