摘要 针对钻割一体化技术在高瓦斯松软煤层应用时,割缝钻孔出煤量过多容易引发喷孔和塌孔的问题,通过对不同出煤量割缝钻孔的瓦斯抽采效果进行分析,确定割缝钻孔最优出煤量的方法,得出了割缝钻孔存在最优出煤量的结论,以王行庄矿瓦斯抽采为例,对割缝钻孔出煤量最优值的确定方法进行了说明。 In view of the application of drilling-cutting integration technology in soft and high gas coal seams, the gas emission and hole collapse occurred during very high coal production. The gas drainage effects on a range of coal outputs of from slotted boreholes have been analyzed. Sub- sequently, optimum production levels were determined. Conclusions indicated that through opti- mizing coal output, mining of areas with slotted boreholes is achievable with tangible results. This paper draws on the experiences obtained at Wangxingzhuang coal mine and describes the methods used to ensure optimum coal output is achieved through the use of hydraulically slotted boreholes for coal seam pressure relief.
