摘要
本文从历史文化的角度对西方现代化及中国改革开放以来 ,经济社会发展对生态环境所产生的影响进行了反思 ,指出西部大开发应充分吸取中外现代化过程中的历史经验教训 ,注意加强生态文化建设 ,使大开发走上可持续发展之路。
From a cultural historical perspective,this paper tries to reflect on the Western modernity as well as on the impact of socialeconomic development upon ecology and environment since the opening door and reformation of China in 1978 It suggests that,in the grand opening up of the western regions of China,the historical experiences and lessons of modernity of both China and the West should be fully drawn upon,and that enough emphasis must be laid the on eco cultural construction so that the grand opening up should be conducted in a sustainable way
