摘要
采用低倍和高倍组织检测、力学性能测试等方法,研究了化学成分、均匀化处理、挤压工艺、淬火处理对2024铝合金挤压棒材力学性能和粗晶环的影响。结果表明,2024铝合金棒材组织由细晶区与粗晶区组成,粗晶区呈环形分布;合理的工艺参数能够使挤压棒材获得优异力学性能与控制粗晶环的双重目的;减小挤压系数和模具工作带厚度,能够明显减轻挤压棒材粗晶环现象。
The influence of composition, homogenization, extrusion process, quenching treatment on mechanical properties and coarse grain ring of 2024 aluminum alloy bar has been investigated by macrostructure, microstructure, and mechanical property testing. The re- suits show that the structure of 2024 aluminum alloy bar is composed of fine-grain zone and coarse grain zone, and the coarse grain zone is distributed as a ring;the excellent mechanical properties and coarse grain ring of 2024 aluminum alloy bar can be controlled by reasonable processing parameters;the coarse grain ring of the extrusion bar can be reduced significantly while decrease the extrusion coefficient and reduce the thickness of die working bearer.
