摘要
本文先从海外基金产品中的杠杆入手,阐述了结构、融资和衍生品三大类基金杠杆。我国基金产品中的杠杆类型较为单一,主要为结构型杠杆。本文还详细介绍了海外的杠杆基金。海外典型的杠杆基金有封闭式杠杆基金、英国分级基金和杠杆ETF三大类。希望本文能对我国基金业的发展起到借鉴作用。
This article begins by introducing three types of funds in foreign countries, namely, the structured, the financing and the derivatives. Only the first one works in China. There are three typical leveraged funds abroad, which are leveraged closed end funds, split share funds and leveraged ETFs. It is hoped that this study of the three types of leveraged funds will attribute to the development of the fund industry in China.
