摘要
目的:Box-Behnken效应面法优选活血消瘿片中挥发油的包合工艺。方法:以挥发油包合率为评价指标,采用单因素试验结合Box-Behnken效应面法,考察了饱和水溶液法、超声法、β-环糊精-挥发油、包合时间、包合温度对包合工艺的影响。结果:优选出活血消瘿片中挥发油的最佳包合工艺为:采用饱和水溶液法,挥发油-β-环糊精为1∶6.8,包合时间2.2h,包合温度47℃。挥发油的包合率为82.11%。结论:Box-Behnken试验设计法用于活血消瘿片中挥发油的包合工艺的优选是可行的,数学模型的预测值与实验观察值相符。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the inclusion process of volatile oil from Huoxuexiaoying tablet by Box-Behnken response surface method. METHODS With volatile oil inclusion rate as evaluation indexes, the single factor test combining BoxBehnken response surface methodology was used to study the effects of saturated aqueous solution method, ultrasonic method,β-CD:volatile oil (g: mL), inclusion temperature and time on the inclusion process of volatile oil. RESULTS The optimum volatile oil inclusion conditions was as follows: saturated aqueous solution method, β-CD:volatile oil (g:mL) = 6. 8:1 ,inclusion temperature 47 ℃, inclusion time 2. 2 hours. The volatile oil inclusion rate was 82. 11 %. CONCLUSION The observed responses were in close agreement with the predicted values of the mathematic models, and the Box-Behnken experimental design is suitable for optimizing the inclusion process of volatile oil from Huoxuexiaoying tablet.
