摘要
石墨因其具有良好的物理化学性能而被广泛应用。陕西省某石墨矿中的有用矿物主要为石墨、金红石、硅线石,脉石矿物种类繁多,针对该矿的矿石性质进行了综合回收选矿试验研究。试验结果表明:原矿经磨矿—分级—重选回收金红石—重选尾矿浮选回收石墨的工艺流程,可获得TiO2品位91.20%、回收率62.21%的金红石精矿和固定C品位90.78%、回收率93.16%的石墨精矿。
Graphite is widely applied due to its excellent physical and chemical properties. A graphite ore from Shaanxi mainly contained useful minerals such as graphite, rutile, sillimanite and gangue mineral etc. The experimental research on comprehensive recovery of the graphite ore was conducted. The experimental results showed: after the graphite flotation process flow of grinding of raw ore, classification and gravity separation of tailings, rutile concentrate containing 91.20% TiO2 with recovery of 62.21% was obtained, and graphite concentrate containing 90.78% C with recovery of 93.16% was achieved also.
