摘要
基于应力-强度分布干涉理论和MATLAB的统计及数值计算功能,采用蒙特卡罗模拟法,确定了摆线轮齿面接触应力与强度分布,对2K-V型减速器摆线轮疲劳强度可靠性进行了分析。通过研究可知,摆线轮工作齿面接触应力与疲劳强度均呈对数正态分布,结合影响两者分布的因素,笔者建立了2K-V型减速机摆线轮齿面接触疲劳强度可靠性分析计算的数学模型,为整个传动系统的可靠性分析打下了基础。
Based on stress-strength distribution interference theory as well as statistics and numerical calculation function of MATLAB, Monte Carlo simulation method was applied to determine the contact stress and strength distribution on the tooth surface of the cycloid gear, and then the reliability of fatigue strength of the cycloid gear in 2K-V reducer was analyzed. The study results showed that the contact stress and strength on the tooth surface of the cycloid gear were distributed normally. In combination with factors affecting the contact stress and strength distribution, the mathematical model of analyzing and calculating the reliability of the contact fatigue strength on the tooth surface of the cycloid gear in 2K-V reducer was established. The study offered foundation for reliability analysis of the transmission system.
