摘要
采用化学混凝沉淀、石英砂过滤、活性炭过滤、超滤及反渗透的组合工艺(简称双膜法)对冶炼厂污酸站排水及厂区前期雨水进行回用处理,系统经过长时间运行,设备稳定可靠,产品水水质达到循环冷却水系统补充水的回用要求,反渗透浓水各项水质指标能够达到河南省粗铅冶炼行业排放标准。
The combined process of coagulation sedimentation, quartz sand filtration, activated carbon filtration, ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis (hereafter referred to as double membrane process) was used to treat the drainage from waste acid treatment station of smelting enterprise and some rainwater. The equipment was stable and reliable after long-term operation. The effluent quality met the reuse re-quirement for the make-up water of circulating cooling water system. The concentrated water met the dis-charge standard for the crude lead smelting industry of Henan Province.
