摘要
组建高校图书馆勤工助学工作团队,对保证学生工作质量的稳定性,提高图书馆工作效率和读者满意度具有重要作用。文章探讨高校图书馆勤工助学工作团队的内涵,并以广西工学院图书馆为例,从目标、招募、培训、组织、沟通、制度、评价等方面提出组建工作团队的策略。
The construction of university library＇s Work-study program based on the work team is of great importance for ensuring studentg work sta- bility, promoting efficiency of library and readers＂ satisfaction. Taking the library of Guangxi University of Technology as an example, this paper dis- cussed the connotation of university library＇ s Work-study program, and put forward some countermeasures for team construction from the perspectives of goal, recruitment, training, organization structure, communication, rules and evaluation index etc.
