摘要
通过脱色率以及稠度系数的测定,研究了疏水改性聚丙烯酸在不同分散染料水悬浮液中的絮凝脱色作用,揭示了聚合物的疏水基团含量、疏水基团结构、染料的起始浓度、聚合物的用量和染料的结构与絮凝脱色效果的关系。结果表明,随着疏水基团含量的增加,絮凝脱色效果得到显著的增强;疏水基团的链长决定聚合物的增粘性能,疏水基团链越长,缔合作用越强烈,丙烯酸二十二酯改性聚丙烯酸(poly(DCA-co-AA))的脱色率接近于100%;随着聚合物用量的增大,聚合物与染料粒子之间的相互作用明显增加,可达到很好的絮凝脱色效果;疏水改性聚丙烯酸对不同结构分散染料的脱色效果明显不同。
Flocculation and deeoloration performances of hydrophobically modified poly(acrylic acid) in aqueous dye suspension were investigated based on decolored rates by absorbance data and viscosity coefficients. The hydrophobic monomer contents and structures which were the main factor of hydrophobic association were mainly studied. The relation between dosages of polymers and dyes with different structures was quantitatively discussed.Compared with poly (acrylic acid), modified polymer shows obvious decoloration perlormance w^tn increasing contents of hydrophobic group. Alkyl acrylate modified poly(acrylic acid) apparently represents better decoloration because of longer ester groups having great hydrophobic association performance. With increase of polymer dosage, the interactions between polymer and dye particles increase, and flocculation effect is significantly enhanced. Different structures of disperse dyes also influence flocculation and decoloration.
