摘要
以p、m-二茂铁苯胺和p-乙酰硫基苯甲醛反应,合成了两个含p-乙酰硫苯基的二茂铁席夫碱化合物,硼氢化钠还原碳氮双键的同时对乙酰硫基脱保护,得到了两个二硫键桥联双二茂铁芳胺化合物。用熔点,红外光谱,核磁共振氢谱和高分辨质谱对相关化合物进行了结构表征。电化学循环伏安研究表明,p、m-二茂铁苯胺所形成的席夫碱及其还原脱保护产物的循环伏安性质略有差异,其中仲氨基和二茂铁处于对位的二硫键桥联双二茂铁芳胺容易失去电子。电化学研究表明,通过二硫键的均裂和Au-S键可将含刚性芳香环的二茂铁分子通过自组装的方法修饰在金电极表面,可作为潜在的生物化学传感器。
Two Schiff bases, aeetylthiophenyl-containing ferrocene derivatives, were synthesized by reacting p or rn-ferrocenyphenylamines with p-acetylthiobenzaldehyde. Through reducing Schiff base and deprotecting acetylthio group with sodium borohydride simultaneously,disulfide-bond linked diferrocenylarylamines were obtained. The structures of these compounds were characterized by melting point, IR,^1H NMR and HR-MS. Cyclic voltammetry and self-assembled monolayer were investigated by electrochemical methods. The electrochemical property of these compounds was different with p or m-substituting groups and disulfide-bond linked diferrocene with p-amine groups was easier to lose electrons. Through homolysis of disulfide-bond and formation of Au-S bonds, rigid-aromatic spacer-containing ferrocene could self-assemble on the surface of gold electrode.
