摘要 改进了聚3-(4-甲基-3-噻吩氧基)丙基三甲基氯化铵(PMTPA)的合成方法。通过升高聚合反应温度、缩短聚合反应时间和后处理方法的改进,使聚合反应产率提高到68.4%。用紫外吸收光谱对超分子PMTPA/ATP复合物与铅离子的相互作用进行了初步研究,PMTPA/ATP/Pb2+最大吸收峰发生蓝移,溶液颜色变化显著,可作为探针应用于铅离子的可视化检测。 The synthesis of PMTPA was improved. The polymerization temperature was raised to shorten the reaction time, the workup was simplified and the yield was increased to 68.4%. A preliminary interaction between PMTPA/ATP complex and lead ions was invisgated by UV absorption spectra. In the presence of lead ions, the blue-shifted of UV absorption maximum for PMTPA/ATP complex was present, along with a remarkable color change. Therefore, PMTPA/ATP complex could be used as a eolorimetric probe for detecting lead ions.
